The LLC and the Website shall not be responsible for the privacy policy(ies) and/or practices found on other websites. In the event a Member or Health Care Provider accesses a Third Party Link, they acknowledge and agree that any and all information presented by a Third Party Link shall not be covered under this Policy.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and using the Website, you acknowledge and agree that you understand the terms and provisions set forth in this Policy and further consent to the collection and use of your Personal Information and the secure collection of your Medical Information by the Website in the manner as set forth above.
