      <description>i've been taking this every 8 hours for aobut 3 weeks for a chronic tension headache and don't notice much difference.  maybe i need a higher dosage or something.  no real side effects other than breakthrough bleeding with my seasonale 3 month birth control, and sleep issues, which doc counter acts with valium at bedtime.</description>
