      <description>Allergic to Ceplasporins, Penicillin, sulfa,and levaquin, and then a jerk doctor uses this drug on me, Invanz, it says not to do it! I also had a severe head injury, a few years ago, and seizures....so I swell up, puke, get a rash and my face and tongue blows up too, I am short of break and have diarrhea. I was in the agiated stage when I fired the doctor he should have seen the next  reaction happening, but no he sent me home, I would have died if my son had not woken my up. Be careful...........just because they are specialist don't mean that they are covering all the ground they need to before they treat you!!!

I've read where amphetamines may antagonize the hypotensive effects of beta blockers, and I don't doubt this to be true.  Personally, though, I feel that the metoprolol slightly diminishes the potency of mixed amphetamine salts.</description>

      <description>I have been taking it for a year now, for my ADD, and I love it! It's only given the side effects of insomnia (if I take it past 11 AM since I already have insomnia) and a decreased appetite. I take it usually 6-7 days a week and have no problems with it. I would reccommend this to anyone with ADD/ADHD. And as for addiction I have never had a problem. I'm in school so I generally do not take it on the weekends or if I am home and do not have school, and I have never craved it or gone through a withdrawl, and over the summer I stopped cold turkey for about a month because I didn't need it and had no problems. I think it is a great solution for people with focus/hyperactive disorders. 

Also, being in school I have noticed that the demand for the drug among students is there, but it's not extreme or excessive in any way. </description>

      <description>Lyrica appears to be a wonderful drug for neuropathy in the feet.  One of the main side effects that I wasn't warned about is weight gain.       <description>my psych prescribed this drug to me "for focus" as i take meds that make me "dopey".  being bipolar, it is contraindicated for me!  also, i am mildly hypertensive, another contraindication!  i am NOT add/adhd.  it made me paranoid, irritable, droped my libido, caused migraines, made me itchy, and he kept telling me "this drug doesn't cause those side effects".  check the fda website, or even adderall xr website!  they are there, clear as crystal!  i would NOT recommend this drug to ANYONE!  when i called the office with a bp of 158/98, i was told to stop taking it cold turkey (i had been taking 30 mg a day for over 6 months), and i am having serious withdrawal symptoms:  more headaches, chills, nausea, extreme fatigue, serious irritability, craving my xanax.  this is an amphetamine, period.  don't take it.  it is chemically similar to cocaine and meth.  how they can prescribe this crap to kids of all people is beyond me.</description>

      <description>I was recommended to take nor q-d during my breast feeding since it does not have any estrogen and is safe for the breast milk.  However, after taking it for 2 or 3 days, I noticed a reduction in my milk amount, even though, acording to my doctor it should not affect the milk amount.  I ended up not taking it any more after 3 days only because of that side effect.  However, I know if some friends who are taking this med happily during their breast feeding without experiencing any side effects. </description>
